Custom segments not populating from SO to Inv
Hi all!
We have created 4 custom segments enabled in Line Level in Transactions.
We have set a default value per Item and we linked those values to be populated (as source the default values in items) on transactions. When creating the SO, the values are populated correctly for all 4 segments:
But when we generate the invoice there instances where not all segments are populated, for example:
The setup in the custom segments in exactly the same. The role that generates the invoice has "edit" permission to the custom segmnets.
Any idea why this is happening?
