Quality Control before Item Receiving

Hi, Team!

Part of our client's process is item inspection/testing before receiving the items.

They want to incorporate this process into the system. Is there a module that can address this? If none, what alternate solution you suggest?

Basically, we want to have a record for "Quality Control" that will be approved before being able to create Item Receipt.

Purchase Order > Quality Control > Item Receipt.

Please advise. Thank you!
