CSV Import advanced options - Log System Notes for Custom Fields

hi team,

i'm testing csv import - advanced options, to find it's confusing so much about the setting - Log System Notes for Custom Field.

No matter I checked or not, I can always see the system notes of my custom fields.

any advice? Thanks.
