Apply Advance IC Journal to I/CO Bill and I/CO Invoice

Hi guys!

Is there a way to apply an Advance Intercompany Journal Entry as Payment to both Intercompany Bill and Invoice which are paired? In order to close them and change their status to "Paid in Full"?
