Advances to Affiliates

Hello Team,

Kindly advise on how we will process or handle this scenario in NetSuite.

We will pay a bill on behalf of an affiliate.

Then, after some time, we will receive the payment from the affiliate for the amount we paid on behalf of them.

How we will record this because it's not a sale and we will just receive back the amount we initially paid.
