Microsoft Spam Filter Upgrade causing automated emails to be spoofed
Hi everyone,
Our company recently upgraded our spam filter/security in microsoft 360/outlook and now all of our automated netsuite emails sent internally are showing up with a [CAUTION SPOOFING] tag. I have verified in our account and with our provider that the DKIM/DNS/CNAME records are set up and that they have included the sent-via.netsuite.com SPF tag on their end, but our emails are still being spoofed.
Has anyone encountered this recently and/or have a solution?
Our company support level is basic, so we aren't getting much help there.
