Edit Transfer Order Line quantity after initial creation

We are make to order for a large percentage of our items. We over produce by 10% to ensure fulfilling our customer order quantities. Customers take any overage up to 10%.

In testing Transfer Orders I noticed that once you create the TO line and save it, I am not seeing a way to update the quantity. Can anyone confirm this is standard functionality?

I did see that you cannot overfulfil Transfer Orders like you can on Sales Orders, hence the need to update the TO line quantity.
