Approval of Purchase Orders/Requisition without logging into NetSuite
Hello Everyone,
We currently use a custom workflow where approvers receive an email notification containing a record link. Approvers then log in to approve the records manually.
Now, we’re planning to implement email-based approval, where users can simply click Approve or Reject buttons in the email—without logging into NetSuite. I’ve read documentation and watched tutorials that demonstrate this functionality using SuiteFlow email approval.
However, I’ve encountered an issue:
- When testing SuiteFlow email approval, it doesn’t trigger on the record ( requisition).
- I even set the existing custom workflow to "Suspended" to avoid conflicts, but SuiteFlow still didn’t trigger.
