create a Saved Search to pull the Item Rate exactly as displayed on the Invoice

I want to create a Saved Search to pull the Item Rate exactly as displayed on the Invoice, even when the item has multiple units of measure (UOM). When I add the field “Item Rate” to the Saved Search, the value does not match the rate shown on the Invoice form. What should I do to get the same Rate value shown on the Invoice line?

Result : You can see that the Saved Search does not match the Transaction Invoice screen
