Not receiving response from MyInvois Portal

We have implemented Malaysia E-Invoicing solution to send e-invoices to our Malaysian customers after validation from MyInvois Portal. We are successfully able to send invoice from Netsuite to MyInvois Portal but could not get anything in response. For context, we have used Avalara ELR for the integration and we can see the invoice on the portal digitally signed by Avalara but we do not get any response like UUID, etc. We are currently in testing phase are doing everything in testing environments (Netsuite Sandbox, Avalara ELR Sandbox, MyInvois Portal Pre-Prod).

Is there anyone who has experience in integrating Netsuite with Malaysia MyInvois Portal?
