Custom Field not Surfacing for Role/ Users

Hello, I have set up a new role on our Netsuite to limit access for some users. Unfortunately there is a custom field we have which isn't behaving as I'd expect. The field highlighted in the screenshots attached for our other users is a link to download an image file, but on my new prescription role, it is only showing the link text, the link isn't there, and I can't download the image file.

I can't see which setting in the role would have turned this off - can anyone help?
