Credit Memo Approval Workflow - Show Next Approver and Status

Hi Guru's. I am setting up the Credit Memo Approval Workflow as outline in a previous thread I found here (NSC | How To Set-up a Credit Memo Approval Workflow).

I do not see the Next Approver field on the credit memo form or the Approval Status field. Does anyone know how to add that to the form?
