Try to close the Purchase Order but Close option is not visible
Hi There,
We attempted to close the Purchase Order, but the 'Close' option is not visible on the screen. Could you please advise if there's a restriction or if any specific condition needs to be met before the PO can be closed?
A few Fully Billed POs remain open for some reason. Do we consider Fully Billed POs as Closed? If not, could you please let us know how we can close them manually, as I don’t see any close option?
Also in the Item line we can see that close PO option is checkmark.
