Prospect Status & Quote Status
Hi,
On my quote form, the status Field Help says:
Accept or change the status of this estimate. What appears in the Probability field is based on the status selected.
If this estimate is for a prospect, the prospect's record is updated with what is entered here.
I'm finding that this does not always take place. For instance, I have a prospect with a status of PROSPECT-QUOTED – NEW. When I update the status of the quote related to this prospect from PROSPECT-QUOTED – NEW to QUOTED – LOST & UNENGAGED, the prospect status does not update.
On other prospect records, the quote status and prospect status mirror each other. When quote status is updated, the prospect status auto updates to match.
