Or criteria for sublist search

I have a custom record and have three custom fields that tie to work order transactions (primary workorder, secondary workorder, tertiary work order). I want a sublist on the work order that lists the values if the work order is any of the tree fields. I know to match one through the available filters. Can the available filters look at an or of the three?
