Inventory Item Default Purchase Price on PO

For a single inventory item there are different purchase prices depending on which Location is selected on the PO.

Is there a setting where NetSuite will pull the "default cost" set in the item location configuration record for that location on the PO line level?

Right now, I can only get the price to autofill as the Purchase Price set at the header level of the inventory item.
