Best approach to deploy a new accounting book in Multi-book when already in Production
Hello colleagues, I have customer who has been in Production for several months. Since they went live they had Multi-book with two accounting books active. As they were going live with Multi-book since day one we didn't request HTP to be provisioned.
However a government control agency is requesting now to add a third book, because they want a very specific account mapping. Now, if I add a new book it will have a start day dated on Go Live date, but I won't have HTP to put that book up to date. So I guess I have mainly two options:
