Today, a user deployed a script without properly limiting the audience, leaving the "All Employees" field checked. As a result, the script ran for all users and caused some errors.

I’d like to ask if there’s a tool, setting, or possible customization that could notify a user or a designated company email address whenever a script is deployed.

I attempted to use a Saved Search to trigger an alert using the “Send Email Alerts When Records are Created/Updated” option, but this field doesn’t appear to be available for the Script Deployment record type.

Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
