I'm trying to create a Pallet UOM to be used for Smart Counting in SCM Mobile. When added to the existing Units of Measure Table in the NetSuite ERP, it doesn't appear in the Primary Stock Unit List in the Item Record. Is there configuration needed in WMS?

I've been through SA's without success.
