How to create Arms Length Intercompany Transfers from Supply Planning

I have Supply Planning turned on and am successfully testing it in a demo system where various items are assigned to a Planning Item Category. I have a Planning Rule defined to define locations where product is to be transferred from another location.

When running Supply Planning, it proposes transfers when the planning rules apply or purchases when they do not. This is great so far. When the transfer proposed is Intercompany it also recognizes that. However, it is using Intercompany Transfer Orders which are non-Arms Length transactions.

I want it to use Arms Length Intercompany Transfers. Is there a way to configure this for Supply Planning?
