Manufacturing Work Center
When creating a manufacturing work center, you assign the number of resources and the number of machines for that work center.
From the resource standpoint, you select the #of personnel resources for that work center. This doesn't seem very flexible for scenarios where a work center could flex the number of resources depending upon the item/work being completed at that work center. Looking for best practices and a better understanding of how Netsuite handles this scenario. Form my understanding the only option is to create multiple Work Centers, each one with the varied number of resources as you cant dictate the # of personnel resources at the routing operation level.
