How to configure Approval Workflow to Auto-approve generated Fixed Asset Depreciation Journals?

I would like to auto-approve a journal created from a script and found this help guide from a previous poster: https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/discussion/4473741/ae-journal-entry-approval-workflow-auto-approve-system-created-journal

I followed this approach, but I am not able to get the Created By field to pick up the -System- user ID. It always picks up the user who initiated the Fixed Asset depreciation journal and thus, bypasses my transition. Am I setting this field incorrectly?
