UPS OAuth 2.0 Authentication continues to show WARNING message and Mange I/C Sales Orders fails
Can't figure out what we are doing wrong. We have one UPS account that we use in NetSuite.
We continue to receive the following WARNING message when going through the steps to Setup UPS OAuth 2.0. The SuiteAnswer video also seems to show the same WARNING message after the presenter completes his steps.

We've deleted and added back the UPS Account at least three times. Each time, we receive the "Registration Successful" message.
We have double checked the zip codes as the message suggests.
We had multiple Shipping Items that all worked up until about July 1, 2025
