Bin Putaway Worksheet Scheduler

I was creating a custom WMS Menu and found a link to a process WMS Bin Put away Worksheet Scheduler.

If you open it runs the script customscript_wms_binworksheet_sl and you are presented with this screen,

If you select a location and click [Display] after a few seconds you get this screen.

I cannot find any documentation about this process or what it does. Can anyone help?
