Customize PO Approval Page

We are using Suite Approvals and noticed that although the item name shows on the payment request, the display name which in our case is the account number shows on the PO Approvals page in the Employee Center. I cannot figure out where to go to modify that. I have looked through the workflow actions etc and do not see that field being set. Any ideas on how I can fix it?
