We switched over from Miva in 2023 and Netsuite itself works pretty well. The Suitecommerce site does it's job but we quickly became the target for hackers running credit cards against our site. After a lot of running around trying to block the fake accounts during which we were locked out by our payment processor for too many fraudulent transactions we discovered Cloudflare and our problems were solved.
