Fortis and International Credit Card Issue?

We recently shifted from MES to Fortis (not our choice, but they are now one company). We loved MES for many, many years. We are still working out the kinks in their reconciliations and what messages with declined cards we can get. However, we now have 3 international credit cards that would not process (no specific message why they would not run) in Netsuite, but when we ran them in the Fortis backend, they did run. They were cards from Thailand, Canada and Italy and were for small amounts. We never had this issue in MES -
