Why don't I see balancing segment transaction on a vendor bill payment?

The bill payments shows that the bill payments was balanced by segment. However, I don't see the balancing transaction as part of the G/L impact or balanced by segment as separate tab of the bill payment to confirm how it was balanced. Shouldn't I see it on both the bill and the bill payment?
