Customer Record Load Time Performance Issue Despite Scripts & UI Disabled
Hi Experts,
One of the Customer records with a large number of transactions is loading very, very slowly. I ran a series of performance tests. Here's a quick summary of what I tested and what I found.
Customer Record: CU12345
Initial load time: Around 23 seconds
To identify the root cause, I went through the following steps:
1. Checked "Delay Loading of Sublists" – This setting was already enabled.
2. Disabled all 18 scripts (User Event and Client Scripts) tied to the Customer Record - Load time dropped slightly to ~20 seconds, but still slower than expected.
4. Disabled all workflows tied to the Customer Record – No noticeable improvement.
