Performance issue for Electronic Bank Payemnt

edited Oct 23, 2025 8:52PM in Ask A Guru 2 comments

I'm currently experiencing a major performance issue with the Electronic Bank Payments (EBP) in NetSuite. Specifically, when I create a payment file, the processing time has increased significantly—from under 30 minutes to over 8 hours.

This issue began shortly after I was provisioned a Release Preview account. Prior to this, we had no such problems, and everything worked efficiently.

I raised a case with NetSuite Support, and they identified two scripts as contributing to the delay. However, these scripts have been in place since last year and haven't caused any performance issues until now. This raises the question:
Why would these same scripts suddenly degrade performance now, coinciding with the release preview update?

Howdy, Stranger!
