Unable to Update Permissions List on Locked Custom Record

Good Afternoon,

I've recently taken over as NetSuite Administrator for our account and we've come across a conundrum. We do not want to share the administrator role with everyone but it appears that the Permissions List on the BSP Configuration Value record cannot be updated.

Any ideas on how to get this unlocked?
