Can Admin roles use the Mobile Emulator? Or can I log into multiple roles simultaneously?

I'm having to use a standard WMS Mobile Operator role to be able to open the Mobile Emulator so I can view changes to the mobile screens I'm making.

Is there a way for me to be logged into both roles simultaneously or to give my admin role access to the Mobile Emulator > Mobile Emulator > Mobile Screen page?
