Advanced PDF/HTML Template - Creating a copy - Save As button not availabe

Hi,

When trying to create a copy of an existing template, the Save As button is not available on the Template Setup page.

I used to be able to create copies of Advanced PDF templates in the past. How can I enable the Save As button/option to create a copy of the template?
