Alert message when concurrency limit hit the threashod?

Hello Everyone,

I'm working on a project that when the concurrency limit hits the threshold, we will get notified, or when it is about to reach the maximum concurrency limit, we will receive an alert email. I can see everything in the APM dashboard, but we want more control over this. Please share your thoughts and ideas.
