Issue with Free Item Promotion on SCA Webstore

Hi everyone,

I've tried to create a promotion for when a customer orders over a certain amount that a free football is added to their order. However, I'm having the following issues:

5802 is the internal ID of the Football, Subsidiary 3 is the correct Subsidiary that I am using and what Subsidiary the item is for, so I don't understand the issue.

Also:

I got rid of the above error by changing the location so that it doesn't apply automatically on Web Orders, but even in the checkout if I try to manually add the promo I am also getting this error:
