Payment Saved Search with amount of the payment applied to each invoice
Hi All,
I'm building a Transaction Saved Search in NetSuite to report on Customer Payments (CustPymt). The search is set to Type = Payment and Main Line = False.
My goal is to list:
- Each payment
- The total payment amount
- The invoice(s) the payment is applied to
- The amount of the payment applied to each invoice
The challenge I'm facing is that the Amount field from either the root transaction or the "Applied To Transaction" group doesn't reliably show the portion of the payment applied to each invoice. It often shows the full invoice amount or the full payment amount, which is misleading when:
