Budget to be restricted by department, gl code and period

Hi, Gurus,

our Accounts team would like the respective departmant's HODs to update the budget for the year 2026 by themselves.

Is it possible to restricted the gl code , period that only the respective user can see their own gl code that related to them ?

if it is possible, could you advise how to do it ?
