Unable to purchase NetSuite Administrator Certification exam

Hi,

I am unable to register for the NetSuite Administrator Certification exam. 

From the Oracle Mylearn portal, I opened the Certification Preparation - Administrator link. After that, I clicked on the "Register Now" at the end of the page and then on the "Buy Now" option. However, that button takes me to the Oracle Certification portal. I couldn't figure out what to do next and was lost after that.

Can anyone please provide me with detailed instructions on how to purchase the exam and complete the registration?
