formula for column to display last record

Hi expert,

i want to get my record below in saved searches, result to be 1 row.

i want to get action date = Approve and get action date for last date.

please help give me a formula in saved searches or analytics.

simple column in saved searches like this:

PR date| PR Doc| Approve date

01-Aug-2025| PR/0001 | 15-Aug-2025 10:46;10
