BH-CPA-005 File Trailer Record

We are working on integrating a EFT payment template with TD and are running into an issue with the trailer record. We are specifying {setPadding("","left","0",11)} for the trailer record but we end up getting 11 0s with an empty space leading there to be 12 characters. Anyone dealt with this and what would be the adjustment to get rid of that extra space.
