Account and Transaction Restriction

Hello Team,

We restricted an account by department:

We created a role and restricted it by the users department or cost center:

Employee Department/Cost Center:

For testing purposes, the Administrators purposely used the user's department on a transaction:

As a result, he can view the record using the account restricted to other department. This account also showing when he run the Trial Balance but for this record only.

Please advise. Thank you!
