POs link to not Related Transactions

Hi guys!

Is there any known bug, where unrelated Transactions (Bills) are linked to the Related Records subtab of a PO?

It doens't make any sense. The PO is fully Billed. And the Relevant bill is paid. But in the PO → Related Records, we see a full list of unrelated Bills that the user haven't link to. Any ideas for how this may happened?
