Add a line item with value calculated as 1% of previous line item

Hello All,

I have a question regarding line items in NetSuite. We are looking to add a positive charge, such as a processing fee, which would be 1.5% of the previous line item amount. I was wondering how we can achieve this.

Is there an item type similar to the discount line item that we can use for this purpose, or should we use the discount item with a positive value instead? Any guidance or suggestions you may have would be greatly appreciated.
