Auto-Generated Numbers behavior in NetSuite

Hi Team,

I am trying to upload Journals with reversing entries via CSV import, however I noticed that even though the Allow Override is enabled for Journals in the Set Up Auto-Generated Numbers page, the numbering is still continuous with the deleted transactions. Sample, I already deleted journals 1-5, my setup is Update Initial Number = True; Initial Number = 1. Allow Override = True

Actual Result was Journal number is still 6 even though my expectation is it will be Journal Number 1.

I also checked and there are no scripts or workflows deployed on record

Appreciate your advise.
