How can I get a workflow to trigger only between a particular time?

Hi all,

I want to build a workflow that is only active during the evening. Is there a way to set this in the conditions?

I don't think I'm looking to use a scheduled workflow. The premise for this workflow is that any item fulfilment created between 18:30 and 8:00 is automatically set to Packed when created, skipping the Picked stage entirely.
So ideally it just needs to be active during that period.
