Retirement of Employee Advances

While creating an expense report, Is it possible to link the expense report to an advance payment?, the user should be able to select an advance to apply rather than manually filling in the amount.

After selecting the advance, the system should be able to calculate if there is a reimbursement item or a change, by making a comparison between the summation of expense lines on the report and the amount available on the advance.
