Missing Field In NetSuite2.com

Hi

We are migration our suiteanalytic connect from netsuite.com and netsuite2.com but there are some fields that found in netsuite.com which I can't find any matching field in netsuite2.com

1. Amount (Gross) and Amount (Tax)
These field is not available in Netsuite2.com transactionline record, which field should I refer to get these amount ?

2. Tax Rate
We are using legacy tax, so how do we get the tax item.rate if we are not using SuiteTax ?

Hope some experts here can give us advice. Thanks !
