Activity Saved Search Differing Results
I created an activity saved search to show our sales manager the team’s activity throughout the week. I set it up as a replacement for the native Sales Activity by Sales Rep Summary because I thought running it unrestricted would allow the manager to see all activities/events, similar to the Admin role. However, it looks like the same issue is happening because the saved search still isn’t pulling in all activities, even with Run Unrestricted checked.
Our sales team prefers to keep the details of their events, tasks, and phone calls private so they’re not visible to other team members or searchable in the global search. Is there a way to structure the saved search so the sales manager can still get accurate data without making everything public?
