Charge-based billing in project management, bill more amount than vendor bill to customers

hi team,

we know when we use charge-based billing for project, we can bill the purchases to to our customers. What if we want to bill more amount, like, we purchased license by 100 USD, but bill 150 USD to our customers?

what do we need to do in NetSuite?
