PackShip - Pack Carton when it is saved?
hi all
let me do this example:
- salersorder-123,
- item X, 1 piece picked
- item Y, 1 piece picked
both items picking with WMS app and so their IF is PICKED.
Then guys in the package dept starts to pack items from order 123, and they start with item 1… they create the pack carton, netsuite assign the number (i.e. salersorder-123-1) and they perform save and close. However, I don't see the pack record salersorder-123-1 among the occurrences of PackShip - Pack Carton (customrecord_packship_carton)...
Where is it saved?
Is there some kind of setup that makes it possible to ship only the generated package? Currently, it seems to me that I also have to pack the other item picked (for the same order) in order to be able to ship...
